Wolff and Bhat become the first 2 GMs ever to play for San Francisco --------------------------------------------

Former
US Champion, Patrick Wolff, will be on the defending champion's roster
for the 2007 USCL Season. Wolff has been relatively inactive since the
late 90's, and it should be great to watch this two time US Champion
back in action.
In related news, Vinay Bhat, also of the San Francisco Mechanics,
recently earned his third GM norm and expects to receive the GM title
when he gains a few more FIDE rating points, to get over the 2500
barrier. The defending champs seem unwilling to rest on their
laurels and should pose a serious threat for a repeat in 2007.
