Ron is absolutely on fire. Last week he picked three matches on the nose with the correct winner and score, and was only off on his Boston vs Baltimore selection where he predicted a 2-2 tie (It was actually 3.5-0.5 in favor of Baltimore)

Baltimore Kingfishers

Suarez must have picked up a few splinters in all his
time riding the bench while Zaremba has spent so long
in the doghouse that he'd probably rather chase a car
at this point. Baltimore, meanwhile, is back with the
same lineup that so destroyed Boston last week. It's
hard not to lean to Baltimore, but you don't have to
be Ronnie the Mick to understand the concept of
"letdown". Prediction: 2-2.

Carolina Cobras

New York Knights
GM Marcin Kaminski - 2473

IM Jay Bonin - 2379
FM Lev Milman - 2474

Carolina is also repeating last week's lineup though
they can't have been quite so happy with the results.
New York is playing three-fourths of the team they
fielded vs. San Francisco but oddly is substituting
Bonin for Stripunsky. They must know something.
2.5-1.5 New York.

(Editors Note - Stripunsky is in Spain)

Philadelphia Masterminds

Miami Sharks

IM Blas Lugo - 2426

Three of the players in this match are new to me, so
I'd be irresponsible to suggest more than a token bet,
but do note that "Blas Lugo" is an anagram of "all
bogus". 2.5-1.5 Miami.

Boston Blitz

San Francisco Mechanics
IM Eugene Perelshteyn - 2576

IM John Donaldson - 2442
IM Josh Friedel - 2477

I don't know who Boston's captain is, but he's making
a clear statement with this lineup that no one will be
exempted from responsibility for his own back rank. I
think this pliant group will respond and hold their
slightly higher-rated opposition to a 2-2 tie.
